Řehořova 37 is a revitalisation project of an early 20th century apartment building with a historic façade in the dynamically evolving area of Žižkov, a few minutes by tram from the center and a few minutes' walk from the Vítkov hill. The reconstruction provided a new roof, riser pipes, heating and utility networks, a gas boiler room, a new entrance door to the building and the units, elevator installation and the renovation of the facade. Residential units provide an opportunity to create a home completely tailored to the buyer's needs as well as the surfaces and furnishings.
The building offers a total of 22 housing units of 29 m2 to 101 m2 and layout solutions ranging from studio to 3-bedroom apartments. The flats are characterized by high ceilings, some with beautiful views of Prague and Prague Castle, or original features such as double-winged doors. The flats are offered for sale in their original state before reconstruction, with new rising pipes and electricity being brought to the boundary of each apartment. An attic conversion created 4 new apartments on the last floor, which are on offer in the state of white walls (before finishing of final surfaces).
Řehořova 37 provides modern city housing that is within fast and easy reach of the center, in a location that boasts many possibilities for active relaxation. The historic city center is just a few minutes by tram, there is a bike path directly in the vicinity and there are several parks nearby: Vítkov, Mahlerovy and Riegerovy sady orchards. Full public amenities in the area including trendy cafes and good restaurants. The main railway station and a tram stop are within walking distance, and there is also a unique pedestrian tunnel under the Vítkov hill which connects Žižkov and Karlín.
